Do you have any tips for taking good photos / what I should take photos of?

Make sure the room is tidy, there is good lighting, and your are taking photos in landscape.

Ensure the room you are taking photos of is tidy and clean. Ensure the bed is made and there is no clutter around the room. Take your photos in good lighting, and in landscape, so you can capture as much of the room as possible. You should take photos of all amenities and facilities offered to the Student at your accommodation. Include photos of the whole house (bathroom / toilet/ kitchen/ study etc), the street view, backyard and anything else that may encourage a Student to make a booking with you. This can include attractions close to your house like restaurants, parks and other recreation activities.
