How does SRS work?

Providers can list their available property or room on the SRS website and mobile app. Once the listing is approved, it will go live on SRS and visible to Students. Students are able browse available accommodation options based on their location and preferences. If interested in a particular listing, the Student can direct message the Provider for more information and request to book with them. If the Provider accepts the booking, the Student will be issued an invoice with the total fees (including the SRS service fee, accommodation fees, etc.). Once the invoice is paid and the booking is approved by SRS, the Provider and the Student will receive confirmation. The Student and Provider may then begin preparing for the Student’s arrival!
