How does the booking process work?

Students can contact you when they have seen your listing to chat with you and decide if it suits them. If they book, you will receive a notification to review and accept the booking.

Once your listing is approved, it will go live on the SRS Marketplace and be visible to Students as they begin searching for their perfect accommodation.

If a Student is interested in booking with you, they can message you directly through the app. This gives you both the opportunity to ask questions, communicate and share more about each other. 

If they decide to book with you, you will receive a notification to review their details and either  accept or decline their application.

Once accepted, you will be able to receive payments directly through the app.

In the app settings, be sure to turn on push notifications so that you never miss a potential tenant!
