      Is there a verification process?

      Yes, Hosts must complete a background check and virtual site inspection.

      All homestay Hosts are required to complete a Criminal Background Check (CBC), which will be carried out before they are able to host any Students. A new CBC must be obtained every 3 years.

      SRS will also do a virtual site inspection of all homestay homes before a booking can be placed with the Host.
