Am I able to cancel a booking if the Student hasn’t arrived yet?

There are some instances where you can cancel a booking prior to the Student’s arrival, provided they have not paid for their stay.

  • You can decline a booking if it is in the request phase.
  • If you have accepted a booking request, but the Student has not yet made payment, you can contact the Student to advise you need to cancel the booking.

Once the Student’s payment is processed and the booking is confirmed, the booking is subject to terms of the Cancellation Policy and Student Refund Policy.
