Cancellation Policy



StudentRoomStay’s (SRS’s) standard cancellation policy below applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated

  • Free cancellation until 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). If booked less than 14 days before check-in, free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, up to 7 days before check-in.
  • After that, students can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee
  • If a student cancels less than 7 days before check-in, the first 7 nights are non-refundable. All remaining nights will be refunded. The Service Fee is non-refundable. Cleaning fee is refundable before check in.
  • After the student has checked in for a booking of 14 nights or less, there is no refund of the nightly fee or meals if they decide to check out early. The cleaning fee and service fee are also non-refundable. For longer bookings, a maximum penalty of 14 nights will apply from the time that the student checks out. All remaining nightly fees will be refunded.
  • If the student fails to arrive on the scheduled date/ time they will be charged for up to the first 14 nights including any prepaid meals. Students can make a refund claim for the remaining unused nights and meals. Claims must be made within 48 hours of original arrival time. The service fee is non-refundable however the cleaning fee is refundable.
  • If the student arrives after their scheduled arrival date / time there will be no refund for any unused nights. The student is also responsible for communicating with the provider to ensure they can be accepted at their new arrival date/ time
