What safety standards do I need to follow as a Provider?

As a Provider, it is your responsibility to ensure your property meets any local building / housing / safety standards.

The safety of our Providers and Students is our number one priority. 

We ask that all Providers ensure they have working smoke alarms that are up to standard installed in your accommodation. You need to keep your safety information up to date and available to the Student. This should include emergency exit plan details, first aid kit, and emergency numbers in an obvious place. You should also ensure all appliances are installed correctly and according to code.
