Why didn’t the Provider accept my booking request?

Providers may not be able to accept your booking for a number of reasons.

There are a number of reasons a Provider may not be able to accept your booking.

 

Some examples include:

  • The Provider may not have kept their calendar up to date and the room / property is no longer available.
  • Another student may have also recently submitted a request, which the Provider accepted.
  • The Provider may have accepted a request for a longer stay from another student. Another unexpected situation came up and the room / property is no longer available.
