The Student has arrived and says the accommodation isn’t what they expected. Can they get a refund?

It depends on the reason they are requesting a refund.

Students may be eligible for a full or partial refund if the accommodation was not accurately described in the listing. Examples of this include if the listing is unsafe, inaccessible, unclean or if there is an animal present that the Provider did not mention in the listing. We encourage Providers to try to resolve any issues directly with the Student. More information can be found in our Refund Policy.
