The Student isn’t happy and wants a partial refund. Can I organize that for them?

Yes, you can contact us to process a refund.

We encourage Providers to remedy any issues directly with the Student whenever possible. If you wish to provide the Student with a partial refund, please contact our team through your Support Inbox and we will process this transfer for you. The agreed-upon amount will be deducted from your next scheduled payment and refunded to the Student.
