This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to update the settings for your account. Please follow the steps below to update your display name, email address or phone number.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
- Visit the StudentRoomStay website and select sign in or navigate directly to the login page (https://amp.studentroomstay.com/login).
- Enter your username and password.
- Click “Log In” to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
- Once logged in, locate your profile icon, found in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Click on it and select “Account” from the menu.
Step 3: Update Personal Information
- Update your name, email address, phone number or any other relevant information.
- After making changes, click the “Save” button to apply your updates.
The email address will only be updated once you've confirmed it. You will receive a new verification email with a link to re-verify.
Step 4: Enter Your Password
- Once clicking "Save", enter your account password to confirm the changes then select "Continue".
