How does SRS match me with the right host?

Once you complete your application and pay the placement fee, our placement team begins the matching process. We consider:

• Your school location and commute time
• Lifestyle preferences (e.g., pets, diet, quiet vs. active homes)
• Cultural/language considerations
• Any special requests you've submitted

We also make sure the host has passed background checks, completed our training, and is verified. Once matched, you’ll be introduced before your arrival.
