Providers who have the SRS Verified Secure Badge have completed additional certification during the approval process.
SRS Verified Providers have:
- National background checks for all residents aged 18 or older
- had an interview and inspection
- Every resident detailed on the Provider profile
National Background Checks: Providers can select to have optional background checks run through our partner company. Details are submitted for each resident by the Provider directly to the partner company.
The checks will be processed once a booking has been made with the Provider. The cost for each check ($20 per person) will be deducted out of the first fortnightly payment. More information about the charges can be found on the Payment Policy.
