No! Hosts will be able to contact our SRS customer service support team 24/7.
Emergencies and other last minute situations are unavoidable. In the case of a true emergency, the host will need to immediately call 911. If the issue is not life threatening, but there is a concern that needs to be promptly addressed, we will have representatives available after hours. Host families are encouraged to reach out to their SRS customer service representative when difficult situations arise.
